Methodology
Everyone designs, whether it’s conscious or not; if you’re solving a problem, you’re designing a solution. We use a mix of Design Thinking and Lean Methodology, but we don't believe in jargon or dogma. Our goal is always to make the design process clear and participative, and to demystify the buzzwords.

Design Thinking
& Human Centered Design
Design Thinking is how we explore and solve customer problems, using empathy. It is simply a process that helps us go from a problem to a new solution in a more creative and effective way. It's also called Human Centered Design because it focuses on understanding what people really want and need, instead of relying on beliefs and assumptions about the market. Ideas are triggered by specific customer insights, and the customer need is kept at the core of the idea development, as a guiding principle throughout.
Lean & Agile
Lean is a framework for testing our beliefs. It is about making decisions by experimenting and learning, using low-cost prototypes and iteration. It reduces the cost and risk of exploring new products and services. Agile is just the lean mindset applied to the development of a complex solution like software. But more broadly, an agile process allows your solution to dynamically evolve in conditions of high uncertainty, so you can adapt to changing requirements. For example, the Wisdom team is agile because we source specific talent for every project.
